📋 Description

• Participate in a bi-weekly on-call rotation, monitor production environments, and respond to incidents • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurring issues • Build and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve internal tooling • Reduce technical debt through engineering improvements • Improve deployment automation and operational workflows • Build and maintain monitoring, dashboards, alerting, and observability using Datadog • Partner with Software Engineering teams to improve operational readiness before production releases • Participate in production deployments and change management activities • Identify and remediate infrastructure-related vulnerabilities • Develop and maintain operational documentation, standards, and runbooks • Continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, security, operational efficiency, and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or Systems Engineering • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications in production environments • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, ECS, and S3 • Experience managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform • Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools • Strong experience with Datadog or similar observability platforms • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Scripting skills in Python and/or Bash • Experience participating in production on-call rotations • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills • Excellent English communication skills • Preferred: experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS companies • Preferred: experience implementing SRE best practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets • Preferred: experience building automation and internal tooling to eliminate operational toil • Preferred: experience driving operational excellence initiatives • Preferred: experience supporting multi-region AWS environments • Preferred: AWS cost optimization (FinOps) experience
