📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to globally distributed Python development teams, ensuring quality standards and best practices • Coordinate team activities and report progress to client stakeholders • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based backend services • Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems • Implement microservices-based architectures and event-driven integrations using Kafka or RabbitMQ • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization • Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments

🎯 Requirements

• Senior / Tech Lead level experience • Previous experience in technical leadership and team coordination • Strong English communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in Python 3.x development • Experience in API and integration development, including RESTful services and JSON payloads • Exposure to SOAP/XML-based web services • Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases • Good knowledge of Linux environments • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with AI coding assistant tools to improve development productivity • Telecom domain experience, particularly in OSS/BSS systems (preferred) • Exposure to TM Forum APIs (preferred) • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred) • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (preferred) • Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ (preferred) • Familiarity with Order Management Systems, Network Provisioning, and Orchestration (preferred) • Experience with CRM integrations (preferred)
