Endeavour focuses on implementing, integrating and supporting ERP systems for mid-sized organisations across manufacturing, wholesale & distribution, transport & logistics, horticulture & agriculture and construction to modernise operations, improve reporting and enable digital transformation.

📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals • Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture • Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives • Provide post-implementation consulting and optimization services • Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development • Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities • Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery • Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) • Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions • Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required to support effective collaboration with clients and internal teams, with proficiency aligned to an advanced (C1 or C2) level.
