📋 Description

• Lead data collection and integration projects within the payments domain • Develop and maintain performance reports for payments analytics • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into payment performance, transaction volumes, and other indicators • Identify opportunities to optimize payment processes and reduce operational costs, working with Payment Ops and Product teams to optimize payment routing and reduce payment failures • Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Collaborate with Finance, Customer Support, and Product Development teams to address payment-related challenges and opportunities • Perform ad-hoc analysis and research to answer specific business questions and support decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4/5+ years of experience in business analytics in finance, banking, consulting, accounting, or similar sectors • Exposure to payments data (PSP, acquiring, or risk systems) is a strong plus • Working knowledge of the payments stack is a strong plus • Advanced SQL, with an ambition to improve • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Ability to identify and suggest improvements in the payments domain by analyzing transactional, business, and market data • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and translate data findings into actionable recommendations, especially for non-technical stakeholders • Precise and well-structured when delivering analyses and reports • Ability to independently build structured dashboards (Databricks, Tableau, or similar BI tools) is a nice to have • Experience building AI-powered refreshable/scheduled reports is a nice to have • Good English level is required; proficiency is preferred
