📋 Description

• Implement and maintain automation solutions in collaboration with Development and DevOps teams. • Enhance applications and deploy microservices, including monitoring and observability (APM). • Collaborate with the Development and SRE teams to plan and execute deployments in staging and production environments. • Define and implement DevOps strategies aligned with business objectives. • Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of systems. • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to optimize software delivery. • Define and monitor performance metrics (SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs) to support continuous service improvement. • Work with DevOps and SRE teams, promoting professional development and knowledge transfer. • Collaborate with Development and Operations teams to foster a DevOps culture. • Report directly to the Head of DevOps.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, with a track record of managing large-scale environments. • Advanced experience with infrastructure automation and large-scale CI/CD pipelines. • Proficiency in Kubernetes and containers, with experience orchestrating and managing distributed applications and microservices-based architectures. • Knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure-as-code (IaC/Terraform) integration. • Proficiency in monitoring and observability, as well as the resilience of complex systems. • Strong understanding of organizational culture and experience promoting the adoption of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies. • Excellent crisis management skills and experience optimizing complex processes. • Knowledge of GitLab CI, GitHub, Python, Go, JavaScript, SigNoz, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes, Terraform, Oracle Cloud, AWS, GCP, and Azure. • PostgreSQL and MySQL are desirable.
