📋 Description

• Independently plan, manage, and deliver challenging consulting and transformation projects for mid-sized companies—from strategic analysis through operational implementation • Take overall responsibility for projects, including project planning, resource management, quality assurance, and results management • Lead interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders on both the client and consulting sides • Analyze business models, corporate processes, and organizational structures • Develop pragmatic, economically viable recommendations for action • Support clients with strategic transformation initiatives, particularly in digitalization, process optimization, and innovative business models • Communicate and present project results to decision-makers and senior management • Actively contribute to the development and advancement of the Digital Strategy consulting practice, including its approaches and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field • At least four years of relevant professional experience at a leading management or strategy consultancy, ideally within the Big Four or a comparable firm • Proven experience independently managing complex consulting projects or significant project workstreams, as well as coordinating project teams • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, strategic thinking, and a high degree of commercial acumen • Confident presence at management level and excellent communication skills • Strong understanding of and sensitivity to client needs • Interest in digital business models, technological developments, and AI-enabled transformation approaches • Specific technology or AI expertise is not required • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, combined with a high degree of initiative, strong execution skills, and a sense of responsibility • Excellent German language skills • Very good English language skills • Willingness to travel as required by projects
