📋 Description

• Support the social media activation of bwin’s key sponsorships, with a focus on BVB, the NFL, The Icon League, and other partnerships • Create and capture short-form content around matchdays, fan events, sponsorship activations, and always-on campaigns • Produce platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and other social media formats • Conduct fan interviews and create behind-the-scenes content, reactive formats, and creator-led storytelling • Identify and execute engaging content opportunities in dynamic live environments • Support real-time content production and live event coverage • Edit and prepare high-quality social media content under tight deadlines • Work closely with the social media team to align content with brand objectives, audience needs, and channel strategies • Attend live events, matchdays, fan experiences, and brand activations on site • Turn sponsorship investments into impactful and relevant social media content for the DACH market

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German, both written and spoken • Confident and authentic on-camera presence • Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and modern short-form storytelling • Passion for sports, particularly football, along with a deep understanding of fan culture and digital communities • Creative mindset combined with a strong sense of trends and social-first communication • Proven video editing experience, ideally in live-event environments or fast-paced content production • Strong instinct for entertainment, storytelling, and community engagement • Independent, proactive working style and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment • Basic knowledge of relevant social media metrics and a willingness to further develop skills in social media analytics • Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings, weekends, and matchdays • Creator mindset, strong execution skills, and a passion for sports and social media
