• You implement Salesforce solutions and work closely with project teams, clients, and technology partners. • You develop and configure on the Salesforce platform and, where applicable, on integration platforms such as Magic xpi. • In close collaboration with colleagues from the respective project teams, the client, and other implementation partners, you translate requirements into technical solutions, contribute your own ideas, and independently produce solution designs. • You serve as the technical contact person for the client and the project team when technical challenges arise. • You are able to collaborate effectively in agile projects and/or bring relevant agile experience.
• Experience in Salesforce development with Apex and standard configuration tools, and as a Salesforce Administrator; alternatively, solid Java development skills with an interest in progressing into Salesforce. • Practical experience developing Flows, page layouts, permission/sharing concepts in Salesforce, UI development (LWC/Visualforce), and in data modelling. • Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum) is desirable. • Degree in (business) computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification. • Team player with clear, goal-oriented communication skills to explain complex technical concepts. • Self‑directed working style with strong customer and solution orientation. • Business-fluent German and very good English skills.
