📋 Description
• Design and deliver high-quality English language lessons tailored to advanced learners. • Focus on grammar refinement, advanced vocabulary, and effective communication skills. • Conduct interactive speaking sessions to enhance fluency, pronunciation, and confidence. • Use innovative tools and resources to create an engaging online learning environment. • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement. • Collaborate with the teaching team to share ideas and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. • TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (preferred but not mandatory). • 2+ years of proven experience in teaching English to advanced learners, with a focus on grammar and speaking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using virtual teaching tools like Zoom, Google Classroom, and other online platforms. • Creative and adaptable teaching style to cater to diverse learner needs. • Ability to provide detailed feedback and foster a positive learning environment. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching setup. • Familiarity with digital teaching aids and tools.
