📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to diagnose customer challenges across KYC, fraud prevention, account opening, and authentication workflows, proposing tailored solutions • Design and guide user experiences leveraging Entrust Identity solutions, supporting API/SDK integrations across web and mobile applications • Lead technical aspects of trials and POCs, including defining success criteria and validation strategies • Support RFP/RFI processes with technical expertise and industry knowledge • Build demos, tailored solution presentations, and example integrations for customer use cases • Collaborate with Product teams to share customer insights and influence product direction • Drive adoption of new features and capabilities across the region • Contribute to global best practices within the Solutions Engineering function • Represent Entrust at industry events, conferences, and webinars

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Product Management with strong customer engagement • Proven ability to lead value-based conversations using structured sales methodologies • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Java, Ruby, Swift) • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern integration patterns • Ability to guide developers through API/SDK integrations • Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams • Background in SaaS or cloud-based environments • Fluent in English and Malay.
