📋 Description

• Act as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for the Onboarding (ONB), Crossboarding (CROSS), and Offboarding (OFF) modules. • Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support projects focused on the employee journey. • Translate business needs into technical solutions. • Ensure alignment with SAP best practices. • Deliver high-value solutions. • Work on end-to-end projects, from blueprint through go-live and post-implementation support. • Work with integrations involving Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting (RCM). • Collaborate in multicultural environments and with distributed teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, Crossboarding, and Offboarding. • Strong knowledge of integrations with Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting (RCM). • Experience working on end-to-end projects, from blueprint through go-live and post-implementation support. • Ability to work in multicultural environments and with distributed teams. • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. • Experience with SAP Launchpad, SAP BTP, and Document Center is a plus.
