📋 Description

• Serve as a senior functional consultant on implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) modules • Lead workshops with business units, HR, IT, and global stakeholders • Conduct detailed requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design aligned with SAP best practices • Configure, parameterize, and test RCM and RMK module components • Ensure alignment with recruiting policies, candidate experience objectives, and employer branding strategies • Design and document process flows, functional specifications (BPML, BBP), test scripts, user manuals, and training materials • Support integrations between Recruiting and Employee Central, RCM and RMK, and job board platforms • Lead the definition of candidate and recruiter journeys, as well as attraction, job advertising, SEO, and conversion optimization strategies in RMK • Support change management activities, key-user training, process validation, and go-live follow-up • Propose improvements, accelerators, and strategic guidance to enhance global recruiting operations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects, with expertise in the RCM and RMK modules • Experience working in complex environments, multinational organizations, and HR digital transformation projects • In-depth knowledge of RCM (Recruiting Management): end-to-end recruiting; requisitions and templates (JRB); Offer Letter, Offer Approval, and Approval Workflows; Candidate Profile and Application; Agency Management; Talent Pipeline and Status Sets; business rules (BCUI); digital onboarding (RCM → EC integration); job posting and job board integrations • In-depth knowledge of RMK (Recruiting Marketing): Career Site Builder (CSB), including structure, components, branding, and accessibility; Talent Community and Data Capture Forms (DCF); landing pages and microsites; SEO and traffic optimization; Analytics (RMK Dashboard); RCM ↔ RMK integration (Provisioning, Site Links, Mapping) • Availability to provide services during regular business hours
