📋 Description

• Act as a senior functional consultant on implementation, rollout, support and enhancement projects for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) modules. • Lead workshops with business areas, HR, IT and global stakeholders to perform detailed requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design aligned with SAP best practices. • Configure, parameterize and test all components of the RCM and RMK modules, ensuring alignment with recruitment policies, candidate experience and employer branding strategies. • Design and document process flows, functional specifications (BPML, BBP), test scripts, user guides and training materials. • Support integrations, including: Recruiting → Employee Central (Digital Onboarding); RCM ↔ RMK (Data Feed, CSB, Landing Pages, Talent Community); integrations with job platforms (APIs, SSO, Job Boards, Tracking). • Lead the definition of candidate and recruiter journeys, as well as attraction strategies, job promotion, SEO and conversion optimization within RMK. • Support change management activities, including key-user training, process validation and go-live follow-up. • Act in a consultative manner, proposing improvements, accelerators and strategic guidance to enhance the global recruitment operation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects – RCM and RMK modules. • Experience in complex scenarios, multinational environments and HR digital transformation projects. • Deep knowledge required for RCM (Recruiting Management): • End-to-end recruitment • Requisitions and templates (JRB) • Offer Letter, Offer Approval and Approval Workflows • Candidate Profile and Application • Agency Management • Talent Pipeline and Status Sets • Business rules (BCUI) • Digital Onboarding (RCM → EC integration) • Job Posting and integrations with boards • For RMK (Recruiting Marketing): • Career Site Builder (CSB) – structure, components, branding and accessibility • Talent Community and Data Capture Forms (DCF) • Landing Pages and microsites • SEO and traffic optimization • Analytics (RMK Dashboard) • RCM ↔ RMK integration (Provisioning, Site Links, Mapping)
