📋 Description
• Support clients in developing and implementing IT procurement strategies • Cover the hardware, software, P2I, infrastructure, and telecommunications categories • Map clients’ spending • Develop IT procurement strategies with clients’ operational teams • Consolidate and arbitrate requirements • Draft specifications in collaboration with business stakeholders • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, issuing specifications, analyzing bids, negotiating, and supporting contract finalization • Estimate and manage savings • Establish deployment schedules and monitor supplier deployments • Monitor supplier performance • Carry out other cross-functional assignments based on expertise
🎯 Requirements
• Higher education, ideally with a specialization in procurement • Significant initial experience in IT procurement • Comprehensive mastery of the procurement process • Experience independently managing procurement projects throughout the entire process • Excellent communication and strong listening skills • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical ability, and a proactive mindset • Fluency in English is essential • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential • Ideally available within three months
