📋 Description

• Prepare initial contracts and change orders based on project requirements • Support contract negotiations and serve as the main client contact for smaller opportunities • Manage contract administration and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams • Review contracts and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance • Monitor budget variances and support contract amendments and renewals • Provide updates on contract status and negotiations • Prepare contract budgets and maintain sales tracking records • Distribute executed contracts and maintain documentation in SharePoint • Prioritize workload effectively and deliver against tight deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally a Bachelor's degree in finance, business management or a life science field • Work experience in a similar industry • Strong initiative to learn • Strong English written and oral communication skills • Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel to intermediate level • Proven ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines • Ability to manage relationships and communicate with senior managers and directors • Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential
