📋 Description

• Lead Engineering and SRE teams, establishing a high standard for talent, execution, and culture • Develop a people-first leadership approach focused on growth, ownership, and the team’s long-term success • Serve as a strategic bridge between Engineering, Product, and executive leadership • Ensure operational excellence, including reliability, observability, incident management, and technical support • Lead the adoption of modern engineering practices and the effective use of AI tools throughout the development lifecycle • Drive initiatives focused on scalability, stability, and the evolution of systems architecture • Support and develop technical leaders and internal talent

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in senior engineering leadership positions, such as Group Manager, Director, or Head of Engineering • Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams at SaaS companies • Strong hands-on engineering experience, with expertise in Python, backend systems, APIs, and cloud architecture on AWS or GCP • Experience with large-scale backend systems, distributed architectures, high-availability environments, and production-grade services • Experience leading SRE, DevOps, or production engineering teams • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and executive stakeholders • Leadership style focused on people development, mentoring, and talent retention • Advanced/fluent English for written and verbal communication
