📋 Description

• Create high-fidelity interfaces with close attention to visual design, typography, color, spacing, accessibility, and component variations • Structure wireframes and user flows based on requirements defined in collaboration with Product Managers • Ensure Design QA before and after handoff by reviewing prototypes and flows and validating the implementation in production • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams, participating in sprints and agile development cycles • Deliver work in a fast-paced environment, meeting regular deadlines and responding to urgent requests • Keep files, flows, and priorities organized • Manage tasks independently while staying aligned with design and product leadership • Adapt to changing requirements and priorities • Contribute to continuous improvements in the Design System, workflows, and design practices • Collaborate on the evolution and documentation of the company’s Design System • Promote design excellence and share best practices across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI projects for digital products, including wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and Design Systems • Strong experience in interface design (UI), with attention to detail, visual consistency, accessibility, and scalability • Ability to structure wireframes and user flows in collaboration with Product Managers • Experience with Design QA before and after handoff • Interest in and passion for building digital products, with an understanding of the intersection between design, business, and technology • Ability to combine strategic thinking with precise execution • Knowledge of UX best practices, usability testing, and user research methodologies • Proficiency in Figma, including interactive prototyping and reusable component creation • Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for design decisions and align multidisciplinary teams • Advanced English proficiency, required for meetings and collaboration in a global environment • Knowledge of Design Ops practices • Familiarity with JSON and APIs • Experience with AI-powered products • Experience designing complex B2B platforms or enterprise software • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams • Spanish is a plus
