📋 Description

• Protect and grow Essity's lymphoedema, compression and advanced wound care business across New Zealand • Act as Essity's subject matter expert in lymphoedema management and compression therapy • Build and maintain relationships with lymphoedema specialists, clinicians and healthcare providers • Deliver education and clinical training supporting best-practice patient assessment and management • Partner with customers to identify solutions that optimize patient outcomes • Grow Essity's presence within lymphoedema services through customer engagement, education and business development • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and achieve business objectives • Use CRM and business insights to manage the territory and identify growth opportunities • Regular travel across New Zealand

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical qualifications and experience in physiotherapy, nursing, occupational therapy, or a related healthcare discipline • Demonstrated training and experience in lymphoedema assessment and management • Strong knowledge of compression therapy and its application within lymphoedema care • Ability to confidently engage with specialist clinicians, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders • Experience delivering education, training, and clinical support to healthcare audiences • Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities to grow and develop customer partnerships • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications • Current driver's license and willingness to travel across New Zealand • Candidates should be located within convenient access to a major airport • Previous experience in healthcare sales, clinical education, account management or business development will be highly regarded
