📋 Description

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for introducing and selling the Company’s brands in the region • Translate global strategic objectives into a regional operating plan and manage execution • Support the regional Profit & Loss (P&L) statement • Drive growth and maximize profitability by addressing customers’ needs • Lead marketing and sales execution across the region • Engage external stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams including Medical Affairs and Medical Education • Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical associations, and other external stakeholders • Work effectively in a matrix operating model • Lead, influence, and motivate teams • Manage risks and ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field • Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken • 10+ years of management experience in commercial and marketing leadership role • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to implement and scale business commercial transitions • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel for data analysis • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment • Flexible to travel • Resume must be submitted in English
