📋 Description

• Gather, document, and validate business and user requirements with the Head of Product Ownership • Create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting engineering documentation • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Organise, refine, and maintain requirement artefacts in line with product roadmap priorities • Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements, answer questions, and remove blockers • Partner with Client Success, Solutions, Sales, and SMEs to collect feedback and understand client impacts • Ensure requirement traceability from discovery through delivery and release • Support pre-release and post-release enablement through release notes, FAQs, and walkthroughs • Analyse workflows and user journeys across the Ethixbase360 ecosystem to identify optimisation opportunities • Assist in usability testing and validation of delivered features • Produce requirement specifications, diagrams, workflows, and product notes • Support quality assurance by reviewing test cases and validating functionality during UAT • Support release notes and user documentation for end users • Report to the Head of Product Ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Valid documents with permission to work in the Philippines / Malaysia • Business level (C1/C2) English, spoken and written • Analytical and detail-oriented • User-focused and passionate about understanding user needs • Collaborative and comfortable working across functions • Curious and proactive • Comfortable in agile environments and familiar with agile principles • Strong communication and documentation skills • Organised and structured, able to manage multiple priorities and maintain tidy backlogs • 4-6 years’ experience working as a Product Owner or equivalent function within an agile, ideally SaaS environment • Background knowledge in compliance, due diligence or a related field would be well regarded • Experience in delivering AI embedded product development would be well regarded • Ability to align working hours with the UK until 12pm GMT
