📋 Description

• Gather, document and validate business and user requirements with the Principal Product Owner • Create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation for engineering teams • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives • Organise, refine and maintain requirement artefacts in line with product roadmap priorities • Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements, answer questions and remove blockers • Partner with Client Success, Solutions, Sales and SMEs to collect feedback, validate requirements and understand client impacts • Ensure requirement traceability from discovery through delivery and release • Support pre-release and post-release enablement, including release notes, FAQs and walkthroughs • Analyse workflows and user journeys across the Ethixbase360 ecosystem to identify optimisation opportunities • Assist in usability testing and validation of delivered features • Produce requirement specifications, diagrams, workflows and product notes • Support quality assurance by reviewing test cases and validating functionality during UAT • Create release notes and user documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Valid documents with permission to work in Malaysia • Business level (C1/C2) English, spoken and written • Analytical and detail-oriented; able to break down complex problems and translate them into structured requirements • User-focused; passionate about understanding user needs and improving user experience • Collaborative; comfortable working across functions and building stakeholder relationships • Curious and proactive; eager to learn product and feature capabilities, market trends, and client challenges • Familiarity with agile principles and willingness to iterate quickly with engineering teams • Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear documentation and articulate requirements • Organised and structured; able to manage multiple priorities and maintain tidy backlogs • 4–6 years’ experience working in a BA/PO or equivalent function within an agile, ideally SaaS environment • Background knowledge in compliance, due diligence or a related field would be well regarded
