📋 Description

• Analysis of the IT functional and non-functional requirements, according to the applicable methodology and toolset to be used; • Collaborate with numerous stakeholders to ensure that their concerns, requirements, and contribution are included in the requirements specification document; • Provide input on low level detail design issues and patterns; • Analyze and define specifications linked to the integration with other applications and/or technological components; • Work in collaboration with Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect to design models in a modelling tool based on predefined requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in IT; • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst; • Minimum 2 years of experience in Scrum or another agile framework; • Substantial experience in Business and IT system analysis, and ability to translate business needs into IT requirements; • Strong experience in the use of agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and knowledge of the modelling tools (Sparx EA); • Knowledge and experience in Scrum; • Good knowledge of relational database systems; • Ability to apply architectural principles to functional solutions and use of model-based representations to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business; • Assistance in the testing, the technical documentation, the technical training, the deployment, the evaluation and the reporting; • Provide training/coaching on analysis techniques; • Excellent command of the English & Greek language.
