📋 Description

• Create the non-functional test plan and update it for manager/leader review • Plan, prepare, execute, and analyse non-functional testing activities • Develop an end-to-end non-functional testing strategy • Develop performance test scripts for performance and resilience testing scenarios and support performance test data preparation • Execute resilience, recovery, load, stress, endurance, and capacity tests • Analyse resource usage during test execution to verify application performance and identify bottlenecks • Review test results, support identification of non-functional issues, and make recommendations • Enable QA engineers and developers to run non-functional tests • Provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability, and scalability • Develop standards and best practices for robust, maintainable, and performant load-testing scripts • Evaluate system performance and stability and recommend improvements • Integrate into the Development team and cooperate closely with a major client's IT team

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in IT • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in non-functional testing and associated tooling • Expertise in test planning, test estimation, test strategy, workload design, test case design, test platform setup, test data setup, and defect management • Hands-on knowledge of JMeter or Gatling • Capacity for writing documents • Ability to present findings and recommendations to team members, management, and customers • Experience in agile software development and testing methodologies • Excellent command of English • Experience using Chaos/Kraken for resilience testing is a plus • Hands-on Java experience for automation is a plus • Experience in complex setups involving several integrated systems is a plus • Experience in microservices-based private-cloud-hosted solutions is a plus
