📋 Description

• Perform calibration and maintenance of client equipment, particularly liquid handling equipment • Define metrology schedules and inspection procedures for specific equipment in collaboration with clients • Monitor client interventions and travel to client sites as required • Manage your working time independently • Work directly on-site to perform instrument verification, calibration, and maintenance in compliance with applicable standards • Build trusted relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction • Contribute to the development of a start-up within a large organization

🎯 Requirements

• Education: minimum two- or three-year post-secondary qualification in quality management or laboratory technology • Valid driver's license REQUIRED • Knowledge of metrology is preferred • Experience in volumetrics is desirable • Highly autonomous • Thorough and detail-oriented • Strong organizational and customer relationship skills • Regular overnight travel during the week will be required
