📋 Description
• Perform calibrations and maintenance of clients' equipment (notably liquid-handling equipment) • Define metrology schedules and required checks for each piece of equipment in collaboration with clients • Monitor service interventions and travel to client sites as required • Manage your own working time autonomously • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: minimum Bac+2/+3 (equivalent to a 2- to 3-year post-secondary diploma) in Quality, Laboratory Technology, or a related field • Driving license REQUIRED • Ideally, you have knowledge of metrology • Experience in volumetry (volumetric measurement) is desirable • Autonomy, rigor, strong organizational skills and client-relations skills.
