📋 Description

• Expand the business and profitability of Eurofins; • Promote intercompany sales in Brazil and abroad; • Seek overall satisfaction of regional clients; • Expand the Eurofins brand through marketing activities; • Develop the Business Unit’s sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets and EBIT growth in the region; • Continuously improve the efficiency of intercompany sales; • Monitor market trends and competitor activities; • Participate in the development of the company’s Strategic Planning; • Prospect and visit regional clients; • Monitor sales targets and performance indicators; • Ensure that all managed team members know and follow internal procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Required education: Completed specialization/MBA or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Food Science, Agronomy, Pharmacy, Biology, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, Marketing, Business Administration or Business Management. • Languages: Fluent English and advanced Spanish. • Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office; CRM; strong knowledge of the chemical and/or environmental testing market; people management skills; negotiation techniques; sales techniques; marketing and product promotion knowledge; familiarity with environmental chemical testing routines; knowledge of current environmental legislation.
