📋 Description

• Attend pre-booked appointments at various locations in and around Warrington and surrounding areas • Travel to appointments up to a 2-hour radius from home • Provide professional hair, blood, and DNA sample collection services • Maintain and develop relationships with clients and donors • Implement company Quality Management System requirements • Help maintain ISO 17025 accreditation • Ensure collections are conducted in a safe, healthy, and low-risk manner • Provide statements of truth at the point of collection

🎯 Requirements

• Professionally qualified Phlebotomist • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Phlebotomy post qualification • Recent experience in various venepuncture techniques, predominantly vacutainer and butterfly • Ability to collect samples in non-clinical settings • Excellent interpersonal and language skills • Full UK Driving Licence • Own access to a vehicle with business insurance • Proof of Phlebotomy competency may be required • Hepatitis B vaccination required • Enhanced DBS check required • Desirable: experience working within the NHS / Blood Service • Desirable: experience collecting hair and DNA samples
