📋 Description

• Manage the laboratory's operational areas. • Monitor and approve the development and improvement of processes and methods, address general technical queries, evaluate and propose the purchase of new equipment, and support commercial relationships. • Operate in accordance with ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025, ABNT NBR ISO 14001 and ABNT NBR ISO 45001 quality standards, ensuring deadlines are met, employee safety, protection of company assets and the delivery of reliable results. • Perform investment analyses and propose equipment purchases aimed at optimizing and improving laboratory productivity and consequently increasing profitability.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed specialization/MBA or completed Master's degree in Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics or Microbiology. • Advanced/Fluent English + Basic Spanish.
