📋 Description

• Perform calibration and maintenance of customer equipment, particularly liquid handling equipment • Define metrology schedules and inspection procedures for specific equipment in consultation with customers • Monitor customer service interventions and travel to customer sites as required • Manage working time independently • Work directly on customer sites to perform instrument verification, calibration, and maintenance in compliance with applicable standards • Build trusted relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction • Contribute to the development of a start-up within a large organization

🎯 Requirements

• Education: minimum two- to three-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2/Bac+3 equivalent) in quality or laboratory technology • Valid driving license REQUIRED • Knowledge of metrology is preferred • Experience in volumetric measurement is desirable • Highly autonomous • Detail-oriented and rigorous • Strong organizational and customer relationship skills • Frequent overnight stays during the week will be required
