📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and improve a high performing bid function • Ensure tender and RFP submissions are accurate, compliant, and compelling • Coordinate multiple concurrent submissions across geographies • Act as the editorial and quality authority for bid responses • Own the narrative, win themes, and messaging approach for bids • Ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered to deadlines • Serve as the final editorial gate for tender documents • Lead, coach, and develop a team of bid writers • Allocate work effectively across the team • Maintain the RFP/Tender Library and refine core content • Use bid management platforms and conduct post-bid reviews • Coordinate communications with organizations issuing tenders or RFPs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working successfully in a small to mid-sized company or growth-stage environment • Exceptional proposal QA and editorial review capability • Strong background in SaaS/software or Higher Education solution focused bid and procurement processes • Significant experience overseeing large, complex RFPs and tenders • Practical experience using AI tools for drafting, review, summarization, or quality assurance • Exceptional written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to coach and improve the output of other writers • Strong organisational and project management skills • Experience with bid portals, CRM systems, and structured bid tracking processes. • A third‑level degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
