📋 Description

• Fine-tune open-weight LLMs using SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, DPO, and GRPO • Diagnose model failures and convert them into experiments • Determine whether improvements require better data, post-training, prompting, or classifiers • Build training data and evaluations that shape future training • Improve model behavior across personalization, consistency, tone, multilingual behavior, and group interactions • Ship model improvements to production • Use real user behavior to guide subsequent iterations • Accelerate the training loop for faster, easier-to-compare, and more reproducible experiments • Collaborate with the LLM Tech Lead, CTO, Product, Web, and DevOps teams

🎯 Requirements

• Personally post-trained open-weight LLMs for a user-facing product and shipped them to production • Experience where AI was core to the product or business • Fine-tuning as a core area of experience • Strong Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face skills • Hands-on GPU training and debugging experience • Ability to build training data and evaluations independently and make evidence-based decisions • Ability to take work beyond notebooks into production • Daily use of AI tools in engineering work • Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit NSFW content, including harmful material when developing and evaluating moderation systems • Experience with conversational AI, roleplay products, or highly personalized consumer AI is a bonus • Experience with multilingual LLMs is a bonus • Experience with moderation, safety, or adversarial testing is a bonus • Experience with multimodal models is a bonus • Open-source LLM/post-training contributions are a bonus • Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence • Legal authorization to work in the current country of residence
