📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery • Design conversational experiences, character creation, monetisation flows, growth experiences, interactive features, and emerging product areas • Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences • Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives • Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale • Create and iterate on image and video content for product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth surfaces • Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts • Identify opportunities beyond the immediate brief • Shape new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration • Push ideas further through experimentation and thoughtful challenge • Work closely with the Product Design Lead, Product Managers, Engineers, and Leadership • Work across modern design, prototyping, and creative tooling • Experiment with workflows that improve speed and output quality • Operate close to engineering constraints and implementation realities • Use emerging tools and AI image/video generation tools to accelerate exploration and execution • Communicate design reasoning clearly and confidently • Defend ideas thoughtfully and push back when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products • Excellent product thinking and interaction design • Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools • Strong prototyping skills, including choosing design tools or code-based prototypes according to the question being tested • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills • High design taste and strong visual judgment • Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • High ownership and strong decision-making ability • Succinct, high-trust communication • Speed-first operating style • High agency and product-mindedness • Collaborative and direct working style • AI-focused and workflow-innovative approach • Impact-first prioritisation • Comfortable working with NSFW product experiences • Applications must include a portfolio; applications without a portfolio will not be considered • Bonus: experience with AI-native, conversational, social, or highly interactive products • Bonus: experience with creative tooling, content workflows, or technical experimentation • Bonus: experience designing monetisation or subscription products • Bonus: experience designing NSFW/adult user experiences • Bonus: motion, systems, or front-end-adjacent experience • Portfolio should demonstrate consumer product case studies, product thinking, technical depth, prototyping capability, original thinking, experimentation, visual craft, shipped work, clear ownership, and measurable impact
