📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery • Design conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, growth experiences, interactive features, and emerging product areas • Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences • Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives • Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale • Create and iterate on visual content, including image and video, for product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth surfaces • Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts • Identify opportunities beyond the immediate brief • Shape new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration • Push ideas further through experimentation and thoughtful challenge • Work across modern design, prototyping, and creative tooling • Experiment with workflows that improve speed and output quality • Operate close to engineering constraints and implementation realities • Use emerging tools to accelerate exploration and execution • Use AI image/video generation tools in the design process • Communicate design reasoning clearly and confidently • Defend ideas thoughtfully and push back when needed • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership • Work with the Product Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers to solve complex product problems and define consumer AI experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products • Excellent product thinking and interaction design • Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools • Strong prototyping skills, including choosing design tools or code-based prototypes based on the question being tested • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills • High design taste and strong visual judgment • Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • High ownership and strong decision-making ability • Comfortable working with NSFW product experiences • Experience with AI-native, conversational, social, or highly interactive products is a bonus • Experience across creative tooling, content workflows, or technical experimentation is a bonus • Experience designing monetisation/subscription products is a bonus • Experience designing for NSFW/adult user experiences is a bonus • Motion, systems, or front-end-adjacent experience is a bonus • Portfolio demonstrating strong consumer product case studies, product thinking, technical depth, prototyping capability, original thinking, experimentation, high visual craft, real shipped work, clear ownership, and measurable impact • Applications without a portfolio will not be considered
