📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using IBM Sterling OMS • Work extensively on backend components, including order workflows, APIs, and integrations with external systems (e.g., payment, fulfillment, and inventory) • Perform UI customization using Sterling Web UI Framework, JSP, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance • Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities • Maintain and enhance existing OMS functionalities and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in IT Services • Strong hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Order Management System (implementation, customization, and support) • Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, SQL, and REST/SOAP-based integrations • Experience in UI customization using Sterling Web UI, Dojo, JSP, or JavaScript frameworks • Good understanding of order lifecycle, fulfillment processes, and supply chain concepts • Familiarity with Microservices and integration platforms (ESB, MQ, API Gateways) is a plus • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
