📋 Description

• Translate English documents into the target language or vice versa and deliver translated responses by phone or in writing • Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients • Disseminate drug information verbally or through written correspondence • Identify adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions • Perform intake to generate initial adverse event and product complaint reports in compliance with SOPs • Fulfill local regulatory authority requirements for post-marketing adverse event reporting • Assess what information must be obtained and the appropriate depth of collection • Write adverse event and product complaint narratives and medical inquiry custom responses • Coordinate quality-related complaint processes with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and complainants • Evaluate medical literature and develop written information for healthcare professionals • Support market and competitive product research, system development, sales training, and field liaison projects • Perform medical writing and assigned on-call duties • Maintain and improve Medical Communications Call Centre customer service and process metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Life Sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent • Strong clinical background • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • English at C1 level is obligatory • Native or mother-tongue fluency in French • Strong translation skills • Ability to accurately assess adverse event information requirements • Pharma D / M Pharma preferred; BSc. or MSc. in Pharmacy also considered • Call center, medical information, pharmaceutical industry, and clinical experience, including medical writing, preferred • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows applications • Experience with Medical Information Management Systems, Safety Databases, or equivalent • Legal eligibility to work in the European Union or the UK • Availability for Europe working hours, 8am–6pm CET Monday to Friday • Ability to travel up to 10%
