📋 Description

• Create unique value propositions by ensuring AI services are impactful and relevant • Upskill the capability of systematic AI adoption across the organization • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and identify, assess and prioritize AI use cases • Implement and deliver new AI services successfully • Turn business needs into practical AI solutions for finance, HR, sales, service, legal and quality assurance teams • Own solutions from initial request through development and delivery • Work directly with stakeholders and external partners • Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business teams • Design, build and scale AI services, including large language model and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) solutions • Deliver working solutions at pace and integrate them into business processes • Guide external development partners and explain technical choices to stakeholders • Help teams adopt AI and share effective practices across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions independently • Practical experience with Microsoft services, particularly Azure, and Anthropic’s Claude suite • Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, RAG and data engineering practices • Clear communication, sound judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities • A relevant master’s degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in operational and strategic technology roles in an industrial setting
