📋 Description

• Lead client discovery workshops, business process assessments, and solution definition sessions with senior business and IT stakeholders • Analyze complex supply chain challenges and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions • Provide domain leadership across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and manufacturing operations • Advise clients on SAP-based supply chain transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP APO, and related planning platforms • Collaborate with technical teams to define data requirements, mapping strategies, and supply chain data models • Guide AI and data engineering teams by translating business use cases into actionable technical requirements • Ensure regulatory and quality requirements are incorporated into operational and technology solutions • Support solution architecture by aligning supply chain processes with enterprise data platforms and AI capabilities • Facilitate stakeholder communication across business, technology, and leadership teams • Provide strategic consulting on supply chain modernization, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 15–20 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industries, preferably with exposure across multiple sectors • 3–5+ years of consulting or advisory experience working directly with external enterprise clients • Proven experience leading discovery sessions, requirements gathering, solution workshops, and executive stakeholder discussions • Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning and execution processes • Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments • Strong functional knowledge of modern supply chain planning processes • Experience with SAP IBP / S4HANA, SAP APO, and related planning platforms • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality requirements • Supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, discovery workshops, client engagement, data and AI fluency, consulting, SAP data structures, manufacturing operations, and Life Sciences domain knowledge • Immediate joiner
