📋 Description

• Finalize and publish LinkedIn posts for the leadership team and the EVOLVE company page • Post targeted comments across the LinkedIn network • Manage lead magnet and content projects from planning through publication • Contribute to achieving project goals on schedule • Take ownership of EVOLVE’s Instagram presence • Brief content creation and publish posts • Finalize marketing copy, including posts, lead magnets, and website content • Ensure a consistent tone of voice • Create landing pages and other marketing assets using AI tools • Handle flexible marketing tasks as part of day-to-day operations • Serve as the central point of contact for consolidating and publishing content • Work closely with the team as well as design and video specialists

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of practical experience in social media management, ideally with LinkedIn and Instagram • Proven experience creating and publishing content, demonstrated through managed accounts or work samples • Experience coordinating marketing or content projects involving multiple stakeholders • Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or landing page builders in day-to-day work • C2-level German proficiency, both written and spoken • Freelance collaboration starting at 10 hours per week
