📋 Description

• Manage and scale profitable Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube • Increase budgets where profitable growth is possible and identify limits to growth • Optimize campaigns for contribution margin rather than ROAS • Lead clients strategically and provide independent advisement at decision-maker level • Use and further develop the internal AI stack for analysis, campaign management and reporting • Bring insights back to the team and help shape working methods within the Google channel • Own client growth in the Google channel from analysis through strategy to implementation • Manage your own projects independently and holistically

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on Google Ads experience in e‑commerce with Google as the main channel • Analytical thinking and fast pattern recognition • Willingness to have your working methods supported by AI • Ideally experience with Skills, scripts or MCP connections • Comfortable in direct client contact up to executive level • Strong self-organization • Willingness to think holistically beyond the Google Ads channel • Openness to AI and automation
