📋 Description

• Finalize and publish posts for the leadership team and EVOLVE’s company page on LinkedIn. • Post targeted comments across the LinkedIn network. • Manage lead magnet and content projects from planning through publication. • Share responsibility for ensuring that project objectives are achieved on schedule. • Manage EVOLVE’s Instagram presence. • Brief content creation and publish Instagram posts. • Finalize marketing copy, including posts, lead magnets, and website content. • Ensure a consistent tone of voice. • Create landing pages and other marketing assets using AI tools. • Take on additional marketing tasks as needed. • Serve as the central point of contact where content comes together and is published. • Work closely with the team and coordinate with design and video-editing specialists.

🎯 Requirements

• You are enrolled at a university or college and studying a relevant subject, such as marketing, communications or media studies, business administration, or German studies. • You have practical experience in social media management, ideally with LinkedIn and Instagram, gained through an internship, working student position, or personal projects. • You can demonstrate experience creating and publishing content through managed accounts or work samples. • You have coordinated marketing or content projects involving multiple stakeholders. • You use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and landing page builders confidently in your day-to-day work. • You have C2-level proficiency in spoken and written German. • You work in a structured manner, take a proactive approach, and take responsibility for the quality of your work. • Working student position for 10 to 20 hours per week; more hours during semester breaks are welcome.
