📋 Description

• Design architectures and integrations within existing system landscapes for SAP Commerce Cloud • Advise B2B customers on the strategy, roadmap, and further development of their SAP Commerce Cloud webshops • Work with Composable Storefront and Composable Commerce architectures • Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes, from catalog, pricing, and ordering through fulfillment and after-sales • Support Sales with presales activities, workshops, fit-to-standard assessments, and effort estimations • Evaluate upgrades, release changes, and new features, and derive corresponding roadmaps • Plan, estimate, and manage change requests and further developments • Help shape the SAP Commerce Cloud offering, best practices, and standards • Provide functional leadership for SAP Commerce Cloud (Public Cloud) application management • Manage incident, problem, and change management in second- and third-level support • Ensure service quality through prioritization, escalations, root-cause analyses, SLA and effort reporting, and customer coordination • Provide functional leadership to the delivery team across the DACH region and India • Perform or coordinate code analyses and reviews, patch and release management, monitoring, build and deployment pipelines, and the maintenance of runbooks and the knowledge base • Collaborate with delivery teams in Europe, the Americas, and India

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification • At least 5 years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) in project delivery and operations • At least 2 years of experience in a lead or accountable role, such as Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Service Delivery Manager • Practical experience operating SAP Commerce Cloud v2, including Cloud Portal, environments and deployments, monitoring and logging, and patch and release cycles • Technical understanding of Java and the Hybris backend (ImpEx, Backoffice, Solr, OCC APIs), as well as Composable Storefront (Spartacus/Angular) • Ability to analyze, assess, and guide code development • Experience with AMS and ITSM processes, including incident, problem, and change management, SLAs, escalation management, and ticketing systems • Strong end-to-end process understanding in B2B e-commerce • Experience conducting workshops and presentations, as well as preparing effort estimates • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, combined with a high degree of initiative • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for new technologies, and enjoyment of collaborative teamwork • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Preferred: Knowledge of the SAP CX portfolio, including Sales and Service Cloud (V2), Engagement Cloud (Emarsys), and Customer Data Platform • Preferred: Experience integrating Commerce with ERP systems (S/4HANA, ECC) • Preferred: Experience with CI/CD and DevOps in the Commerce Cloud environment • Preferred: SAP certifications in the Commerce field
