📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for Salesforce solutions in a major global transformation program in the Retail sector • Analyze business requirements • Define architectures and guide technical teams on highly complex projects • Integrate different platforms and technologies • Ensure solution quality, scalability, and governance • Maintain direct communication with clients, stakeholders, and global teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of solid experience in Salesforce projects, working as a Tech Lead, Architect, or in an equivalent role • Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Commerce Cloud • Experience with solution architecture and integrations, including APIs, middleware, events, ERPs, and legacy systems • Experience working on large-scale, complex, international projects, preferably in the Retail or Consumer Goods sectors • Experience leading and providing technical direction to multidisciplinary teams in multi-vendor environments • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Experience with Agile and hybrid methodologies • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach for direct interaction with clients and executive stakeholders • Advanced/fluent written and spoken English is essential • Collaborative team player • Strong communication skills and proactive approach • Strong sense of urgency and prioritization
