📋 Description

• Support delivery of a diverse project portfolio across business divisions from initial request to go-live. • Run requirements discovery with stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and translate business needs into actionable Jira tickets. • Assess and prioritise requests against company objectives and the project roadmap. • Act as the key point of contact between business and IT, providing development teams with context and timely answers. • Engage adjacent teams where their input or impact is relevant. • Track progress, manage dependencies and keep stakeholders informed throughout delivery. • Coordinate user acceptance testing, guide stakeholders through validation, and secure sign-off. • Prepare project presentations, management reports and status updates. • Serve as a knowledge resource for colleagues on internal processes and automation tools.

🎯 Requirements

• A solid understanding of how a fintech or brokerage business operates, and genuine interest in financial markets and industry trends. • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive tasks to completion. • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to process large volumes of information and turn them into structured, actionable plans. • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Eagerness to learn and resilience in a fast-paced, demanding environment. • Fluent English, the primary working language. • Russian language skills are nice to have. • Prior experience in project management, business analysis or a similar coordination role is nice to have. • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence is nice to have. • Practical understanding of AI tools and their business applications is nice to have. • Basic knowledge of trading and financial instruments is nice to have. • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, sprint planning and effort estimation is nice to have.
