📋 Description

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and a Senior Project Manager to uncover problems, define expected business value and shape solutions. • Own delivery end to end, from scoping and prioritisation through IT coordination to acceptance and rollout. • Support delivery of a diverse project portfolio across business divisions from initial request to go-live. • Run requirements discovery and translate business needs into actionable Jira tickets. • Assess and prioritise requests against company objectives and the project roadmap. • Act as the key point of contact between business and IT. • Engage adjacent teams where their input or impact is relevant. • Track progress, manage dependencies and keep stakeholders informed. • Coordinate user acceptance testing, guide validation and secure sign-off. • Prepare project presentations, management reports and status updates. • Serve as a knowledge resource for colleagues on internal processes and automation tools.

🎯 Requirements

• A solid understanding of how a fintech or brokerage business operates, and genuine interest in financial markets and industry trends. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • A strong sense of ownership and ability to drive tasks to completion. • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to process large volumes of information and turn them into structured, actionable plans. • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Eagerness to learn and resilience in a fast-paced, demanding environment. • Fluent English, the primary working language. • Nice to have: Russian language skills. • Nice to have: Prior experience in project management, business analysis or a similar coordination role. • Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. • Nice to have: Practical understanding of AI tools and their business applications. • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of trading and financial instruments. • Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, sprint planning and effort estimation.
