📋 Description

• Act as a functional lead for Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter). • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and convert them into functional specifications. • Lead functional workshops with clients and internal teams. • Collaborate with Guidewire developers to design and validate technical solutions that meet business needs. • Provide guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and best practices. • Perform configuration tasks using Guidewire tools such as Guidewire Studio. • Support testing, training, and production rollouts. • Lead and mentor junior functional analysts. • Serve as the primary functional point of contact for client stakeholders. • Ensure timely delivery and quality of functional deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the insurance domain with a minimum of 3+ years as a Guidewire Functional Analyst or Consultant. • Hands-on experience in at least one Guidewire module (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter). • Strong knowledge of insurance industry practices and terminology. • Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional design. • Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies. • Excellent client-facing and communication skills. • Ability to lead functional teams and manage client expectations. • Experience with Guidewire Data Model, Product Model, and Configurations. • Guidewire certification (Business Analyst or Functional Consultant) is preferred.
