📋 Description

• Solution design — translate business problems into well-architected technical solutions • Project technical ownership — full accountability for the technical outcome of one or more projects • Hands-on engineering — build full stack applications across NodeJS, Python, React/TypeScript, and AWS • AI-assisted engineering leadership — be a power user of modern AI coding tools • Engineering standards — set and uphold standards on testing, CI/CD, observability, and IaC • Cross-functional collaboration — work in continuous dialogue with the Value Builder, Project Managers, and partner specialists

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in full stack development, at least 2 in a senior/lead capacity • Proven track record owning the technical side of projects end-to-end • Core technical stack: NodeJS and its main backend frameworks • Python as a first-class backend language • React and TypeScript for modern frontend development • AWS, including IaC with AWS CDK • Relational and non-relational databases (e.g. MySQL, DynamoDB) • RESTful APIs and third-party integrations • Git and modern development workflows • Demonstrated proficiency with AI coding tools
