📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide day-to-day account support • Support vendor and customer onboarding • Perform credit checks and help maintain credit limits and account holds • Process invoice adjustments • Manage collections for an assigned portfolio of accounts, following a standardized collections cadence and escalation process • Coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve account issues

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service and collections required • Fluent English required, both written and spoken • Able to work Eastern Time business hours • Comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts independently and taking ownership of outcomes • Detail-oriented, organized, able to follow standardized processes for credit checks, account holds, and collections cadence
