📋 Description

• Handle and resolve technical infrastructure support tickets, ensuring quality and compliance with established SLAs • Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot incidents related to operating systems, networks, access, and infrastructure services • Manage users, permissions, and access • Support the identification and resolution of recurring issues, contributing to environment stability • Document technical procedures and solutions • Collaborate with Infrastructure professionals on improvements and automation initiatives • Support the identification and remediation of vulnerabilities related to the environments under the team’s responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in IT technical support • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems • User, group, and permission management • Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN) • Experience with ticketing and incident management tools • Ability to investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team • Knowledge of virtualized environments (VMware or Hyper-V) — a plus • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS — a plus • Knowledge of shell scripting for task automation — a plus • Knowledge of Terraform/Ansible — a plus • Knowledge of Kubernetes — a plus • Experience monitoring infrastructure environments and applications — a plus • Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident and problem management — a plus • Knowledge of information security and vulnerability management — a plus
