📋 Description

• Provide daily operational support, including order fulfillment, delivery coordination, data management, and administrative activities • Coordinate with data vendors, service providers, and team members to ensure smooth operational processes • Perform accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance of operational records and databases • Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure resolution of customer requests and operational issues • Identify and escalate operational issues, while proactively driving solutions and improvements • Gain exposure across multiple activities while contributing to the smooth execution of operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, general education qualification, or equivalent • Good understanding and appreciation of operational processes
