📋 Description

• Participate in the research, design, development, integration, testing and deployment of software applications • Design, develop and support RESTful APIs and system integration • Conduct technical analysis and design of application modules and databases • Ensure developed modules comply with architecture standards, coding standards and quality requirements • Participate in client meetings, requirements-gathering sessions, solution reviews and technical workshops • Support project delivery and system integration • Provide support to system users • Contribute to continuous improvement and positive process change • Report to the Head of Software Development

🎯 Requirements

• Degree / Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent required • At least 4 years of experience in software development, system design and application support • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Angular • Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL • Knowledge or experience in C# and .NET technologies • Hands-on experience designing, developing, documenting, testing and supporting RESTful APIs using XML/JSON • Familiarity with AWS services • Experience with CodeIgniter and MVC architecture • Good understanding of Agile, SCRUM, SDLC and software design concepts • Experience with Git-based workflows, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes • Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins and Checkmarx • Understanding of security principles and best practices, including OWASP Top Ten • Seniority commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications
