📋 Description

• SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to boost website visibility, traffic, and conversions. • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize content that aligns with SEO best practices, targeting relevant keywords and improving user engagement. • Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and ensure our content is optimized for high-traffic, high-conversion terms. • SEO Audits & Analysis: Perform regular SEO audits and automatic analysis of the website to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices. • Lead Generation & Ranking Improvement: Develop and execute strategies to increase lead generation and improve search engine rankings. • Team Leadership: Play a pivotal role in building and scaling the SEO department, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members while also being willing to follow established processes and guidelines. • Performance Monitoring: Use various analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of SEO efforts, making data-driven decisions to continually improve outcomes. • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure SEO objectives are met at a timely manner. • Project management: Conceptualize and effectively coordinate SEO projects with partner agencies and leadership teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Strategist or similar role, with a deep understanding of full stack SEO. • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and software for auditing, keyword research, and analytics. • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams, with a long-term vision to scale an SEO department. • Experience with lead generation and improving search engine rankings. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
